2022 ⟪Seawater and Lymphatic Fluid, Leaning on Transparency⟫, Incheon Art Platform E3, Incheon, South Korea

As part of an ongoing series of painting and installation works that separate painting into surface (fabric) and support to test its expandability, this site-responsive installation uses the three-sided gallery as its structural base, allowing fabric to settle into the space. The work remains open to subtle changes in the surrounding environment over time

⟪Seawater and Lymphatic Fluid⟫ begins from the idea that the fluids in our bodies are almost the same as seawater, and reflects on connections among living beings through water as a medium. The fabric surfaces stretch across the three window planes like rising waves, while viewers sense layered flows of colour shifting between body, sea, abstraction, and transparency.
