2017-2018MOCA: Animation Aesthetics Biennial Exhibition: Shanghai, China

My early CG works, "Moon Disaster" and "LOOP," made their debut at the Animation Aesthetics Biennial Exhibition hosted by MOCA Shanghai. This marked my first participation in a group exhibition at an art museum. Since 2016, I have been self-learning 3D software and experimenting with using 3D technology for artistic and visual creations.

The sixth edition of the "Animation Aesthetics Biennial Exhibition - Narrative Overture," which opened to widespread attention within and beyond the art community, featured my works. The exhibition was set in a post-apocalyptic fantasy-themed game, emphasizing rich storytelling and unique game-like design. It transformed the Shanghai Museum of Contemporary Art into a gaming world, allowing visitors to navigate through a virtual environment.

The exhibition, structured along the timeline from contemporary to future, encompassed various art forms, including painting, sculpture installations, animated images, virtual technology, and new media interactive art. It integrated diverse technological elements such as artificial intelligence, bioengineering, computer neural networks, and game interaction, weaving a narrative that reflects the cultural zeitgeist of the present young generation.
